Aaron Niman is an Environmental Health Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service and has more than 15 years of experience in public health, risk assessment, and program management. He currently serves as an Environmental Health Scientist in EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs and has been member of the U.S. Delegation to the Codex Committee on Pesticide Residues (CCPR) since 2018. In 2022, he was appointed be head of U.S. delegation and is responsible for engaging with U.S. stakeholders in the development of science-based food standards that protect consumer health and promote fair trade globally.
