David Miller is a branch chief in the Health Effects Division of the U.S. EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs. There, he leads the branch that deals with toxico-surveillance and epidemiology, providing support and reviews to the Division and Office in these areas. He has been at the USEPA as a U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps officer for more than 25 years and has been involved in a variety of modeling, exposure, poisoning surveillance, epidemiology, statistics, and risk assessment activities.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and Master of Science and Master of Public Health degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of Michigan, respectively.
