Becca Haynie is a federal regulatory manager on the fungicides team at Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC. Prior to joining Syngenta in 2020, Becca gained experience in pesticide regulations on the compliance team at a major retailer, and she began her career with a specialty pesticide registrant. Becca enjoys working with others to address current pesticide issues affecting the end-user. She is active in various drone and emerging technology work groups and the newly formed industry task force focused on unmanned aerial pesticide applications.

Becca earned both her Bachelor of Science in wildlife biology and Ph.D. in environmental toxicology from Clemson University and completed a post-doc at the University of Georgia. She and her husband live on their third-generation family farm in upstate South Carolina with their two children.
