Andy Lee is president and chief executive officer of Valent North America. He previously served as president and CEO of Valent U.S.A. and Valent BioSciences from 2014 to 2022.
Andy has been in the agriculture industry his entire career. Prior to joining Valent in 2011, Andy was CEO of SipcamAdvan, and previously held several leadership positions at American Cyanamid in Europe and the U.S., as well as in BASF’s crop protection business globally and in the U.S.
In 2022, Andy was elected as chairman of the CLA Board of Directors. Andy holds a degree in applied biology from Hertfordshire, England.
