For over a decade and a half, Taylor has represented various clients and associations before the California State Legislature and various state administrative agencies. She currently serves as a governmental advocate for Kahn, Soares and Conway, LLP. Prior to her time at the firm, she worked as a Senior Policy Advocate at California Farm Bureau Federation and held multiple positions at the California Department of Food and Agriculture, including Assistant Secretary appointed by former Governor Edmund (Jerry) Brown Jr. Taylor earned her Bachelor of History Degree, Bachelor of Political Science Degree, and Master’s Degree of Public Policy from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Taylor resides in Elk Grove with her husband, Ben, and two sons.
