The passage of the fifth version of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) brings new requirements of bilingual pesticide labels with staggered compliance dates based on the category and type of pesticide. This session will begin with a short review of the statutory requirements for bilingual labeling and an update on EPA’s bilingual labeling working group. Additionally, we'll hear from EPA about their collaboration with the states, a representative from a state their perspective, as well as a member of the industry that has begun implementing bilingual labeling.
