Warren Lehrenbaum is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Crowell & Moring, LLP where he leads the firm’s chemicals and pesticides team. For more than 25 years, Warren’s practice has focused almost exclusively on chemical regulatory issues arising under the Toxic Substances Control Act and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, and related state and federal laws and regulations. He represents individual companies and trade associations before the Environmental Protection Agency, Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he advocates on behalf of individual products as well as broad policy issues.
