Michelle Arling has been with EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs since 2002. She joined EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs Immediate Office in 2016, and works on issues such as EPA’s compliance with the human studies regulation, ethics, and web-distributed and digital labeling. Before that, she worked in the Certification and Worker Protection branch for 14 years, developing relationships with state regulators and educators, supporting worker safety training programs in Central America, and working on the Certification and Worker Protection rules. She earned her BA in Political Science and Spanish from Drew University, and her JD from Catholic University. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys baking, running, gardening, and spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.
