Pre-registration required. A suggested CLPAC donation of $150 may be paid with personal funds only, and is due when checking in to the tournament. 

Cost is $185 and includes boxed lunch and practice greens available at 11:30 am.

Golf club rental fee is $75 and includes Callaway clubs and 6 balls.

Shotgun start at 12:30 pm.
