Taylor Roschen joined California Farm Bureau Government Affairs team in November of 2017. She manages a range of policy topics, including climate change, commodities, pest management, direct marketing and organics, land use and CEQA, fertilizers, cannabis, education, nutrition, food access, and food safety. Prior to her time at Farm Bureau, Taylor served in various capacities at the California Department of Food and Agriculture from 2013-2017, including Legislative Manager and Assistant Secretary for Legislation under Governor Brown. Taylor is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and holds a Master’s in Public Policy, and undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science. She lives in Elk Grove, California with her Husband, Ben, and two sons.
