Heidi Deja is head of Communications for the Professional & Specialty Solutions business at BASF where she has worked for seven years. She leads a communications team that promotes solutions that support the turf, ornamental, pest, and vegetation management industries. She serves on the RISE Communications Committee, including serving three years as chair, and currently is a co-chair of the RISE Strategic Oversight Council. Heidi has extensive experience in marketing communications, issues management and public relations. Her 30+ year career includes a background in television news, nuclear energy, and health insurance.
