Rick Keigwin is the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Management in the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). In this role, Rick provides management support and advice to the Assistant Administrator in leading OCSPP’s chemicals and pesticide regulatory programs. Prior to his current role, Rick served as the Director of EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP). Before becoming the Director of OPP, Rick held other leadership positions in OPP, including serving as the Deputy Office Director for Programs, Director of the Pesticide Re-evaluation Division, and the Director of the Biological and Economic Analysis Division. Rick began his EPA career in 1989, serving in EPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics.
