A variety of data (e.g. ToxCast) and Study Guidelines are available for endocrine disruption evaluations within international regulatory frameworks for pesticides. However, some methodologies and preferences have shaped today's data generation expectations. This session will summarize both previous and current data generation practices, some of their benefits and pitfalls, and how to proceed.
