EPA has finalized its framework for assessing the potential risk of antimicrobial and antifungal resistance from the use of certain pesticides. While the final framework outlines the formation of an Interagency Drug and Pesticide Resistance Efficacy Working Group (IDPREW), the implementation of the framework is ongoing. This session will include a discussion about the new framework and how it fits into the larger pesticide registration process.
