Stephanie Binns is a regulatory professional with more than ten years of experience managing policy issues for the pesticide industry. As a regulatory policy manager at BASF, Stephanie brings her expertise in FIFRA, registration, and advocacy to her work on both emerging and long-standing issues, including negotiations for PRIA reauthorization. Prior to her role at BASF, Stephanie worked in regulatory affairs for RISE, where she managed the association’s efforts on pollinators, ESA, and registration efficiency, among others. She holds a master’s degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University and a BA in political science and Russian area studies from St. Olaf College. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, matcha lattes, and spending time with her husband and two fluffy cats.
