Steve is the retired Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Law and Government Affairs at BASF Corporation, where he he the Regulatory Law, Environmental Law and Government Relations functions. He worked at BASF for 29 years, specializing in pesticide, chemical, food and drug and international trade regulation, as well as being head of the government affairs lobbying function. He served as one of the principal architects of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act and subsequent re-authorizations. He resides in Washington D.C.
