Leo Gueriguian is the Deputy Office Director for Management in U.S. EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs. His areas of responsibility for the Office include information technology, human resources, budget, grants, contracts, and other program support.
During his career, Leo served as the Associate Director of the Water Infrastructure Division (WID) in EPA’s Office of Wastewater Management (OWM) for several years. In addition to managing all administrative areas for the Division, Leo was critical in overseeing the creation of the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan program and managing the largest increase in funding (~$12.7 Billion) in the history of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) program. Prior to joining the Office of Water, Leo was a Division Director in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) where he oversaw the Working Capital Fund, EPA Relocation services, and financial data analysis. Over the years, he served in several supervisory positions in OCFO, including managing payroll for the Agency.
Leo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Tech.
