Attendees of the CLA, RISE, and CPDA Regulatory Conference are required to be fully vaccinated and must show proof of vaccination before entering the meeting venue. The only exemption to this policy is for religious or medical reasons. When this occurs, specific health protocols must be followed which may include wearing a face mask and practicing social distancing. We also ask that attendees who can not provide proof of vaccination provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test twenty-four hours in advance of the meeting. All attendees must also comply with any federal and local COVID-19 measures required at the time of the event.

CLA, RISE, and CPDA ask that meeting registrants submit proof of their COVID-19 vaccination during or after the online registration process via our event registration platform. This information will not be stored post-event. For a complete list of COVID-19 symptoms and best practices, please click here. If you had close contact with someone with COVID-19, you should get tested 5-7 days after exposure, even if you do not have symptoms. If you display symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the conference, do not attend.  Attendees that cancel their registration due to COVID-19 will be eligible to recover 90% of their registration cost.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we look forward to hosting a successful in-person conference! For further information regarding this policy please contact Mano Basu or Katie Stump.
