Ashlea is a principal consultant at Compliance Services International, a technical and regulatory environmental consulting firm. Her work over the past 20 years has focused on pesticide and endangered species issues, providing technical and strategic support for balancing food production needs with species protection goals. She also has experience working in extension to help find solutions to disease transmission in vineyards and on vector control product efficacy in rural and urban landscapes. She serves as a technical consultant to the FIFRA Endangered Species Task Force where she assists the task force with data aggregation, analysis, strategy, outreach, and agency interactions. She holds a master’s degree in entomology from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and currently resides in Boerne, Texas.
