Seed treatment is commonly used to control plant pests and pathogens, facilitating high-quality food production. EPA and several states are considering changes to well-established regulatory frameworks for treated seeds. This session will provide an overview of government actions that may impact seed treatment at the state and federal levels, in agencies, state legislatures, courts.
