The pesticide industry and regulatory bodies are working together to integrate epidemiological data into the regulatory decision-making process. This session will highlight ongoing industry initiatives, exploring how this data is currently used and opportunities to enhance its role in risk assessment. It will also feature a review of biomonitoring data, including its application in research, and an analysis of the strengths and limitations of existing datasets. Additionally, newly developed calculator tools designed to enhance epidemiological study design and data interpretation will be showcased.
