The pesticide industry and regulatory bodies are working together to integrate epidemiological data into the regulatory decision-making process. This session will highlight ongoing industry initiatives, exploring how this data is currently used and opportunities to enhance its role in risk assessment. This will include a review of biomonitoring data, including its application in research, and an analysis of the strengths and limitations of existing datasets Additionally, results from a recently published risk assessor survey will be presented to enhance epidemiological study design for usability in human health risk assessments.
