CropLife America Member and non-member companies can request meeting space during the Annual Meeting.  Preference will be given to Member companies. To request Affiliate meeting space, your company's meeting organizer should be prepared to submit the following details: 

• Primary meeting organizer contact information
• On-site meeting contact information (if different)
• Preferred affiliate meeting space or suites you would like
