Dr. Elissa Reaves is the director of the Pesticide Re-evaluation Division, which oversees the Registration Review and Certification and Worker Protection program for conventional pesticides. She is a regulatory toxicologist and has served in various positions within the Office of Pesticide Programs. A majority of her career has been spent in the Health Effects Division as a branch chief followed by the deputy director. Elissa has experience in leading OPP teams on complex and unique assessments and has chaired several peer review and oversight committees within OPP and across the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). Elissa holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Michigan State University and a PhD in biomedical sciences from Wright State University.
