Description

The last year brought new developments in the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) space. These include the EPA ESA Workplan and the Workplan Update focusing on upfront mitigations. This panel will provide an overview of some of ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency of the ESA consultation process.
