Wednesday, September 13
7AM - Meet at Main Entrance of the Hotel
Join us on Wednesday for our 7 AM start with a brisk run or walk in downtown Nashville. A suggested donation of $50 in personal funds will be paid at registration day-of, or in advance, to CLPAC coordinator, Kylie Gregory.
CLPAC Yoga Class
Thursday, September 14
8:00 AM - JW Marriott - Exact Location TBD
Not much of a golfer? That's ok! You can still start the final day of the Annual Meeting being active for a good cause. Join us for a private CLPAC Yoga class without even having to leave the hotel.
The cost of the class is $15 plus a suggested donation of $25 in personal funds that can be paid day-of or in advance to CLPAC coordinator, Kylie Gregory.
CLPAC Golf Tournament

6:45 AM - Shuttle departs from JW Marriott
7:45 AM - Shotgun Start
Start the final day of the Annual Meeting bright and early at Gaylord Springs Golf Links for our annual golf tournament.
The cost is $175 and includes transportation, breakfast and drinks on the course.
Golf club rental fees are $71 and can be booked during registration. A suggested donation of $150 in personal funds can be paid day-of or in advance to CLPAC coordinator, Kylie Gregory.

CLA Booster Membership
Interested in joining our CLPAC events? Become a CLA Booster Member! As a Booster Member, you are eligible to participate in this year’s CLPAC events, and will receive a special gift when attending CLA’s Annual Meeting. You will enjoy all the privileges of membership, except voting and holding elective office.
Candidates for CLA Booster Membership must be one of the following:
- Employees of member companies
- Family members of an employee of a member company
- Retirees of a member company
- Directors and officers of a member company
We have a number of payment options to fit any lifestyle and budget:
- Annual membership (good for one year) - $25/year
- Automatically bill me annually for my membership of $25/year
- Lifetime membership - $250/one-time payment
