Member and non-member companies can request meeting space during the CropLife America Annual Meeting.  Preference will be given to CLA member companies. To request Affilate meeting space, your company's meeting organizer should visit the Affiliate Meeting Registration site linked below. They should be prepared to submit the following details: 

• Primary meeting organizer contact information
• On-site meeting contact information (if different)
• Preferred affiliate meeting space or suites you would like for your company

There is no cost for meeting rooms. There is a meeting-long food & beverage minimum Madison Event Group will communicate to you based on the size of your group. All member companies will be billed directly by the JW Marriott for Food & Beverage and Audio Visual services ordered to meeting rooms.

Suites used for meetings are the Executive Suites and the Griffin Suites. Suites may be used for meetings only, or for accommodations + meetings. All member companies will be billed directly by the JW Marriott for Food & Beverage and Audio Visual services ordered to meeting rooms. 

Due to the guaranteed hotel check-in time of 4:00 PM, suites should be reserved starting the night before the start of meetings. 

Executive Suite (6 available)
Executive suites have built-in audio visual capabilities via the SmartTV in the living room. The living area comfortably hosts 6 guests with the existing seating.

$440/night (plus occupancy tax and fees)

Griffin Suite (3 available)
Griffin suites have built-in audio visual capabilities via the SmartTV in the living room. The living area comfortably hosts about 8 - 10 guests and feature a small hospitality kitchen.

$690/night (plus occupancy tax and fees)
